1. Purchase Your Course
As you complete the checkout process, you will be asked to create an account login using your email address and a password. You will use the login to access your CEC account and the Student Portal when you are ready to take the exam to receive your credits.
2. Take the Exam
When you feel you are ready to take the exam to obtain credits, log in to the CEC website and access the Student Portal, where you will be prompted to complete the exam. You must receive 70% or higher on the exam to receive credits. You must complete the exam within one sitting. If you log out of the exam before you finish all questions, your answers will be lost, and you must start over with a new exam. Upon successfully completing the exam, CEC will automatically forward your results to the appropriate credentialing board for credit and send you a certificate as proof of course completion.
